    Through service-oriented cycling trips, Bike & Build benefits affordable housing and empowers young adults for a lifetime of service and civic engagement.Each year an extraordinary group rides through Fayetteville, AR on their journey from the east coast to the west coast ... they stop not only to rest and enjoy all that NWA has to offer, but also to lend a hand.     I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas and currently reside in Springdale. After studying at NWA Community College and The University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, I began working at Arvest Bank in January 1995.
